December 8, 2014

Well, I suppose it's that time o' week again, ain't  it?

This week was a pretty good testimony builder for me. We met a less-active family, The Phillips. We got to know them a little bit, talked about guns and gear for a couple minutes, And then we got spiritual. I really wish every one of you could've been in there. That was one of the most inspired lessons I've ever taught. The whole time, all we were doing was asking inspired questions. and I was able to bear testimony stronger than I ever have in my entire life. The spirit was so strong, that after the lesson, I couldn't stand up to leave. Anyway, throughout that lesson, we were able to discern needs and find their concern for not going to church.

Yesterday, I was standing at the door of the chapel greeting people, and guys who walked in? The Phillips family! I was so happy! Its lessons/experiences like that one, that inspire me to keep going. My testimony has become so solidified, I could never deny the reality of this gospel. I love serving, I love my Savior, I love this area, and I love all of you. Thank you for everything. I couldn't do this without you.
